Or whenever needed

To a new structure
To a new organization type
Whenever the need is felt

If we are stuck in the same types of structures
From hundreds of years ago
Of course we will fail

Tradition lasts forever only when it is allowed to change
Allow tradition to change
Allow tradition to be created
Allow all to change
Allow all to be created

And most importantly
Allow tradition to be destroyed
Allow all to be destroyed
Destroy tradition

Destroy all

And allow it then to regrow
