# On Restructuring
The importance is in carrying tradition  
The importance is in the relationships you form  
The importance is in starting it yourself  
The importance is in starting it yourself

The importance is in caring about it because it is yours  
The importance is in dedication towards it because you had a part in creating
it  
The importance is not in carrying tradition  
The importance is in starting a tradition for yourself

The importance is in making a new one  
Every year or two or three  
Or whenever needed  
The importance is in being able to pivot  
To a new structure  
To a new organization type  
Whenever the need is felt

If we are stuck in the same types of structures  
From hundreds of years ago  
Of course we will fail

Tradition lasts forever only when it is allowed to change  
Allow tradition to change  
Allow tradition to be created  
Allow all to change  
Allow all to be created

And most importantly  
Allow tradition to be destroyed  
Allow all to be destroyed  
Destroy tradition

## Destroy all

And allow it then to regrow  
As life does  
As life does
