# Muggles

In the Harry Potter Universe, Muggles are civilians: not Wizards. 

Half-breeds are called Mudbloods, which is a whole different conversation. 

In the Rel8 context, we use "Muggle" lovingly, to mean a normal person who doesn't need to have Wizard chops using [[Tools for Thinking]].
