Claudius’ thoughts on the culture domain:

Culture is a field. The habits that are developed in organizations … The core we are looking for is coherence. Adaptability is the result. High sensitivity to subtle signals. The culture that informs how we do each connected function; e.g. Leadership, Strategy… A sensed ethos. The generation of an ethos that is sensed.

You sense when it is not right, when you need adaptation. Culture is an emergent process of the people involved as they take care of the connected functions. It cannot be pre-defined. It is an emergent property. It will change as eras change. Culture itself has to be highly adaptive.

States of culture: Presence, agility, engagement, resilience, and creativity.
